Lanesend Visits Rome!

Our children from all Year Groups in school visited both Newport and Brading Roman Villas to support our whole school focus, 'Written In Stone'. All year groups from Reception to Year 6 visited both Roman Villas on the Island to discover all about Ancient Rome and compare the two villas once back in their classrooms. The children had the best time on these visits and learnt so much from some Latin words, all about Medusa and explored the ancient artifacts found at the two sites. How very lucky are we!
